Paul Antony Young （1956年1月17日出生） 是英國歌手，詞曲作者和音樂家。之前是短命樂隊Kat Kool＆Kool Cats，Streetband和Q-Tips的主唱，後來成為了1980年代的青少年偶像。他以“普通人的愛”，“我戴上我的帽子的任何地方”，“回來並留下來”，“每次你走開”和“一切都必須改變”等熱門單曲而聞名，均進入前10名的英國單曲榜。 1983年發行的他的首張專輯No Parlez是三張英國頭號專輯中的第一張，使他成為家喻戶曉的名字。他平靜而靈魂深處的聲音屬於被稱為“藍眼睛的靈魂”的流派。在1985年的英國大獎中，楊獲得了英國最佳男性獎。
